Getting ready
to sell?

Ready to list your home but know that it might need a little styling before pictures?  If so, we can help. Elzie Style house offers E-Staging services.

E-staging can be done simply and affordably by email communication, zoom calls, or a short visit to the space. It is a per room, flat décor service fee.

 
 

What’s included?

  • A 30 min Initial Consult via Zoom or in person

  • Two (2) Project Idea boards with suggestions for furniture, paint, lighting, rugs, accessories, etc.

  • An E-Decor Presentation

  • Project revision after consultation and additional suggestions.

  • A final revised Project Idea Board, updated to reflect feedback from initial Idea Boards, will be shared, along with links to purchase each product.

How is it Priced?

The flat-rate decor fee ranges from $150 - $300 per room. We will review your space based on:

  • E Staging questionnaire responses

  • Images of the existing room

  • Project scope/sizing of the space
